Art. 26.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN>Os empreendimentos públicos ou privados, urbanos ou rurais, que configuram o uso e a ocupação do solo no território do município de Campo Grande devem atender aos índices urbanísticos da zona urbana ou eixo de adensamento onde se localizam conforme o Anexo 8.1 - CATEGORIAS DE USOS POR ZONAS E EIXOS DE ADENSAMENTO e Anexo 8.2 - ÍNDICES E INSTRUMENTOS URBANÍSTICOS \u2013 LOTES MÍNIMOS - RECUOS MÍNIMOS, desta lei.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>

§ 1º<\/SPAN>O Anexo 8.1 - CATEGORIAS DE USOS POR ZONAS E EIXOS DE ADENSAMENTO e o Anexo 8.2 - ÍNDICES E INSTRUMENTOS URBANÍSTICOS - LOTES MÍNIMOS \u2013 RECUOS MÍNIMOS, somente poderão ser revisados por Lei municipal específica.<\/SPAN><\/P>

§ 2º<\/SPAN>O anexo 8.2 \u2013 Índices e Instrumentos Urbanísticos \u2013 Lotes Mínimos \u2013 Recuos Mínimos contém as seguintes zonas de uso: Z1; Z2; Z3; Z4; Z5; ZC; ZEIE; Distrito de Anhanduí; Zona de Expansão Urbana; EA1; EA2 e EA3 com os seguintes índices/instrumentos urbanísticos: taxa de ocupação, coeficientes de aproveitamento mínimo, básico e máximo de cada zona, outorga onerosa/transferência do direito de construir e índice de elevação, os quais orientarão a cobrança da Outorga Onerosa do Direito de Construir - OODC.<\/SPAN><\/SPAN><\/P>
